Job Summary:

We are currently sourcing B2B interviewer to survey with a minimum C2 English level, to work in our Managua office conducting telephone interviews/surveys with business executives and technical experts in North. As a research interviewer, there will be no sales, telemarketing or commission-based duties, but we are looking for someone who is able to collect and analyze statistical data in order to support our B2B clients during their decision-making process regarding market opportunities, market segmentation, brand analysis and strategy.

Role:

The successful Research Interviewer must have interpersonal and analytical skills to gather vital data. Will be able to analyze autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness. This person also central to maintaining participant confidentiality and privacy.

Job Duties:

  • Develop list of contacts for a specific research project according to screening criteria.
  • Contact businesses (B2B) by telephone and ask structured survey questions to executives and professionals on a variety of topics.
  • Analyze, Compile and Enrich Data from: Consumers, Competitors, Market place
  • Present Findings to Supervisors
  • Perform secondary research for: Market Industries, Local & International Businesses
  • Schedule and achieve the largest number of effective interviews
  • Support in administrative work to your peers, if necessary
  • Transcribe interviews conducted with peers, if necessary

Education:

  • Undergraduate bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology or related fields

Experience:

  • Preferred - 2-years prior experience in any of the following: Market Research, Sales, Customer Service, Client Relations, and Human Resources
