Inside Sales Specialist

GSPS is a near shore multi-faceted BPO support platform based in Atlanta, GA., USA with offices in Managua, Nicaragua; Hamburg, Germany and Beijing, China. Most of our clients are fast-moving technology company that need high-value consultative operational support.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The position will support internal and external clients with CRM management and LEAD GENERATION through various modes and means including outbound COLD CALLING and inbound SALES SUPPORT.

Role:

Job Duties:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and consultative selling
  • Make outbound cold calls to high value prospects to convert them to warm sales leads
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate senior sales executives for further development and closure
  • Achieve quarterly quotas

    • Understanding customer needs and requirements
    • Researching accounts, identifying key players and gathering contact information
    • Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Understanding of basic terminology in IoT industry
  • Relevant degree considered if coupled with relevant sales experience and skills

Experience:

  • Proven +5 years’ experience as Inside Sales Specialist or related
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing software tools
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Plus

  • Global client management, sales or customer service experience desired
